Our diverse family of Franchisee and Academy Managers come from varying backgrounds and experiences. While business skills are good skills to have, you do not need business experience to become a franchisee. A willingness to learn is all that’s required. Our team will walk you through owning and managing your Tiger-Rock Academy and guide you through day-to-day business operations as needed.
Total opening costs vary depending on location, size and necessary build-out costs. That said, the average initial investment ranges from $173,050 to $382,000. For a breakdown of costs that are included in this number, please reference Item 7 of the 2026 FDD.

The training to start your Tiger-Rock Academy is between 99-116 hours of online and classroom training plus a week of on-the-job training.
